This is a comic that I am currently working on called, "They & Them". It's basically about a government agency that is not supposed to exists, but we all assume it does. It's the agency that answers to no one. They have no rules. They have no boundaries. Their mission, is to make sure that everything goes according to plan. They have no name. Some call them spooks, CIA, FBI.... They are none of them and they are more than them. We only know them as....... They & Them.
